Follow these steps to set up your VOKI AI Receptionist.
Step 1 – Install the App
Download and install the VOKI app into your CRM system.
Step 2 – Customize Actions
In the agent’s goal, you will see both standard actions and premium actions listed.
Standard actions (available in all plans):
Book Appointment
Add Contact
Create Task
Premium actions (only available with paid plans):
Check Customer
Check Time
Identify if a caller is a new or existing customer
Check live availability across multiple calendars during the call
Premium actions will appear in your agent’s goal but won’t function unless activated by our team. To unlock them, please fill out the premium request form.
Step 3 – Watch the Setup Video

Step 4 – Create Workflows
After watching the video, go to the Automation tab in your CRM and set up the following 3 workflows:
Book Appointment – to schedule appointments directly in your calendars.
Add Contact – to capture details of new customers and add them to your CRM.
Create Task – to generate follow-up tasks whenever the agent cannot answer a query.

With standard actions, your agent will book appointments, capture contacts, and create tasks.
With premium actions unlocked, your agent will also recognize caller status and check multiple calendars live in-call before booking.
Your AI receptionist is now ready to deliver a professional and reliable call experience.
